Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via our delivery people. Orders can also be picked up at our headquarters in The Hague. Please contact us if you choose this delivery method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
We offer free delivery on all tastings and wine boxes in The Netherlands.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Orders are to be returned to our headquarters, in the closed packaging as you received it upon delivery. The return costs are fully charged to the customer. You must notify us by email and upon receipt of your return and after verification, we will proceed to refund within 7 days.
